Counseling can feel very ambiguous to someone who’s never experienced it before. During your first session, our main goals are to discuss what is bringing you into counseling, start the process of building trust and rapport, and discuss goals you are wanting to work towards throughout counseling. If this sounds overwhelming, please know that I will be there along the way to help lead and guide you. You don’t have to do this on your own.

I am currently contracted with the following insurance panels: Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and MultiPlan. For clients with other insurance plans, I can provide Super Bills upon request. These Super Bills allow you to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance provider for the services received. Additionally, some insurance plans may apply the cost of counseling sessions towards your deductible. However, coverage details vary between plans, so I advise contacting your insurance provider directly to understand what services are covered under your policy.

The private pay rate for a 50-minute session is $150.
If you are using insurance, a session fee is dependent upon your insurance coverage. Fees for other services (i.e., letter requests, records request, court appearances) can be discussed on an as needed basis.

Cash, credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are all acceptable forms of payment.

Under the "No Surprises Act," as of January 1, 2022, medical facilities are required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" to clients not planning to use insurance. This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your mental health care needs for an item or service. Please let Restore and Revive Counseling know if you plan to seek services as a private pay client, so this can be provided to you. For more information, go to: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
