Counseling Services in McKinney, TX
At Restore & Revive Counseling, I offer individualized counseling for adults and adolescents, along with family and parent-focused sessions when appropriate.
-
Individual counseling provides a confidential, supportive space to explore what you're experiencing and work toward meaningful change. I work with adolescents and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, boundaries, and life transitions, and many other issues.
-
Family counseling provides an opportunity to work together toward healthier communication, stronger relationships, and greater understanding. Family sessions may be helpful when you're navigating conflict, changing family dynamics, communication challenges, or other relational concerns.
-
Parent sessions provide a space for parents to receive support, develop practical strategies, and better understand their child's emotional and behavioral needs. These sessions may focus on communication, boundaries, parenting through difficult seasons, family dynamics, and supporting a child or adolescent in counseling.
-
Teletherapy offers the flexibility of meeting with me virtually from a private, comfortable space. Online counseling can be a convenient option for clients who prefer virtual sessions or have difficulty attending in-person appointments.
Please note that, per licensing rules, I cannot conduct Teletherapy sessions with clients who are physically located outside of the state of Texas.
-
For those who feel more comfortable connecting face-to-face, I offer in-person counseling sessions in a welcoming, cozy and supportive setting. Meeting in person can make it feel more natural to open up, talk through what you’re experiencing, and build a genuine therapeutic connection.
My office is conveniently located off of 121 in McKinney, right on the border of Frisco and Plano.
Personalized Counseling for Your Needs
There isn't one counseling approach that works for everyone. Your experiences, goals, and needs are unique, and your counseling experience should be too. I draw from several evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Christian counseling.
